Who doesn’t want to have a perfect body shape, with six pack abs, and compact body shape? Everyone does want to have such body shape, especially the man. Everyone may try to conduct an effort to attain the six pack abs goal; however, not everyone succeed. The key is one the integrity, continuity, and also , knowing the right method to do so. Gaining six pack abs is not an overnight work. It needs at least 16 weeks to do regular exercise thus having the packs shaped on your abs. The lift weights are intended to build your muscle mass to get the six pack abs, while it can’t be attained by simply having regular cardio exercise. It can be started from stretching, and then having the casual sit up, followed by V-up, full sit up, and hanging hip raise. You can do the three exercises consequently after 3x8 counts. I feel happy to be interviewed recently by fitness professionals from New York, a certified personal trainer, Geovanni Derice. Interviews at the bottom and I think you'll love this ... I found a few strategies for beating difficult to get rid of stubborn belly fat and reveal the flat six pack abs that everyone wants.

"E: Welcome in 4 never-toned Mike we Fitness Journal to those who know you, please tell us some things about yourself and how you can help our readers with health and fitness ..

MG:. Thank you for having me, Geo Well, to go back a little, I was involved heavily for about fitness and sports for 17 years now, since I was a kid to be involved in sports in high school I became interested in strength training and conditioning ..

At this point, so I started to feel more energetic, stronger, more handsome, I was hooked right to life. 33 I am now, the road is still addicted to living a healthy life style and fit makes me feel energetic, confident, strong, and younger every day.

I decided before 20 because I want to make a commitment to help others experience the joy that match and get the best of their lives, especially because we got an epidemic of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, depression, etc. That's why I became a fitness professional. GD: Now Mike, there are so many things out there about what works and what does not work ... If you had to choose three things is the time to work again and again to get flat abs and thin, what will?

MG: First and most important thing to take to reduce your belly fat and get flat abs is to clean up your diet, exercise is important, but your diet is king when it comes to losing body fat, so you can see your abs ..

There is so much confusion today about what a healthy diet that increases fat loss really ... However, we are bombarded by conflicting messages in the media about what is healthy and what is not, and you have all these books on low-carb diet gimmick, low protein fat, tall, vegetarian, fasting, Atkins, South Beach, the liquid diet , and hundreds more. There is no contradictory information so that the average consumer does not know even where to start when it comes to eating for fat loss.

The second thing that works time and time again, is to focus on your workout intensity and focus to work on the body as a whole to get the best metabolic response to lose that stubborn belly fat.

To get really lean, high-intensity training should be a short rest periods, working the major muscle groups of the body, rather than trying to isolate specific small muscles like biceps, triceps, or calves.

Third, let's talk about actually training the abdominal muscles in particular. When it comes to training abs, if you want real results, I always recommend forgetting crunches and situps for the most part. They are good for anyone who really benar become deconditioned, but most people that I have had some training under your belt they need the stimulus better for them than stomach crunches. Sit-ups are one of the abdominal exercises that actually provide the least resistance, resistance to remembering that what developing muscle tone.

I give a ton of great abs exercises in my book, but one of the highest resistance exercises for abs, hanging leg raises (but does not like what you see most people in the gym to do it). The key to doing this is really working well your abs is to curl your pelvis as you lift your leg. Almost nothing is not true. Frankly, most people can not do it at first, but I provide some strategies in my book, How to go do the right thing.

GD: What's the wrong person when it comes to developing 'coveted 6 pack abs?

MG: Well Geo, I know it sounds funny to most people, but the main thing people do wrong to get those flat 6-pack abs is ... are you ready for this?

They spend entirely too much time focusing on training their abs! Way too much time spent on abs exercises. It sounds crazy, but it's true.

Remember, after the clear flat six pack abs is all about the low percentage body fat. To do this, your training should focus on the environment to stimulate fat burning hormones in your body, increase your metabolic rate. It just does not happen when you focus too much time training a smaller muscle groups such as the abs.

Instead, you should use most of your time focusing on training the body's major muscle groups like legs, back and chest. That's what stimulates your metabolism and fat burning hormones that will truly lean and sporting a flat sixxer!

GD: Which exercises are the exercises for that person should do if they get a definition of the maximum with their stomachs?

MG: When it comes to developing the abs themselves, I again refer to all kinds of hanging abs exercises, as well as some good floor abs exercises like lying leg thrusts (all described and illustrated in my book).

However, maximum definition in the stomach and lose belly fat comes from, the most effective exercises featured in my plans for that purpose, because they are different forms of state and pieces (a unique exercise muscle weight or that almost no one does normal capacity), squats, deadlifts climber lifting, lunges, step ups, clean & presses, running, and other full body exercises and calisthenics. If you want to find a large flat abs, focus on them instead of focusing on so many hands-on training abs!

GD: When it comes to diet Mike, people really have tried millions of ways to accomplish one thing ... And loss of fat. What advice do you have time to help your clients successfully lose body fat and keep it?

MG: I've included a fully comprehensive discussion of this topic in my book, which is almost half the book, but I'll try to make some nice simple generalizations to get people started on the right path immediately The most important thing is that your diet is a natural and processed as possible. It's almost always. come back overprocessing healthy foods that make them, and does it really destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body.

For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains and (even better, they grow the grain, as I generally recommend limiting the amount of food grain for best results).

Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of foods high in sugar and full of nutrition such as fruits. Why eat highly processed, refined, vegetable oil mine (this is the worst of the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats such as nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organic raised meat, and so forth.

The point is not to fall for some gimmick like low carbs most (although I'm sure enough to reduce the intake of carbohydrates as that is a major issue for most people), low-fat protein, super high, or some other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient compared.

Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive in a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. trying to cut out entire food group out just works on what your body needs. I get more details on this subject is very important to reduce body fat (especially belly fat stubborn) to live in my book.
